【摘要】:TherulesofthisPartofIEC60364areintendedtoproviderequirementsforthesafetyofelectricalinstallationsintheeventofvoltagedisturbancesandelectromagneticdisturbancesgeneratedfordifferentspecifiedreasons.Therulesofthispartarenotintendedtoapplytosystemsfordistributionofenergytothepublic,orpowergenerationandtransmissionforsuchsystems(seethescopeofIEC60364-1)althoughsuchdisturbancesmaybeconductedintoorbetweenelectricalinstallationsviathesesupplysystems.

【摘要】:Toovercometheinadequaciesofconventionalspectrophotometricmeasurementtechniqueswhennonhomogeneousmaterialsaremeasured,alargeintegratingspheremaybeused.,Sincethebeamemployedinsuchspheresislargeincomparisontothedisparatiesofthematerialsbeingtested,thenonisotropicnatureofthespecimenbeingmeasuredisessentiallyaveraged,orintegratedoutofthemeasurement,inasingleexperimentaldetermination.Solarandphotopicopticalpropertiesmaybemeasuredeitherwithmonofunctionalspheresindividuallytailoredforthemeasurementofeithertransmittanceorreflectance,ormaybemeasuredwithasinglemultifunctionalspherethatisemployedtomeasurebothtransmittanceandreflectance.Amultifunctionalsphereisusedformakingtotalsolartransmittancemeasurementsinbothadirectional-hemisphericalandadirectional-directionalmode.Thesolarabsorptancecanbeevaluatedinasinglemeasurementasoneminusthesumofthedirectionalhemisphericalreflectanceandtransmittance.Whenasampleatthecenterofthesphereissupportedbyitsrim,thesumofthereflectanceandtransmittancecanbemeasuredasafunctionoftheangleofincidence.Thesolarabsorptanceisthenoneminusthemeasuredabsorptanceplustransmittance.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthemeasurementoftheabsolutetotalsolarorphotopicreflectance,transmittance,orabsorptanceofmaterialsandsurfaces.Althoughthereareseveralapplicabletestmethodsemployedfordeterminingtheopticalpropertiesofmaterials,theyaregenerallyusefulonlyforflat,homogeneous,isotropicspecimens.Materialsthatarepatterned,textured,corrugated,orareofunusualsizecannotbemeasuredaccuratelyusingconventionalspectrophotometrictechniques,orrequirenumerousmeasurementstoobtainarelevantopticalvalue.Thepurposeofthistestmethodistoprovideameansformakingaccurateopticalpropertymeasurementsofspatiallynonuniformmaterials.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletolargespecimensofmaterialshavingbothspecularanddiffuseopticalproperties.Itisparticularlysuitedtothemeasurementofthereflectanceofopaquematerialsandthereflectanceandtransmittanceofsemitransparentmaterialsincludingcorrugatedfiber-reinforcedplastic,compositetransparentandtranslucentsamples,heavilytexturedsurfaces,andnonhomogeneousmaterialssuchaswovenwood,windowblinds,draperies,etc.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.(Forspecificsafetyhazards,seeNote1.)
