【摘要】:TheIEC61970-407TimeSeriesDataAccess(TSDA)specificationspecifiesageneralizedinterfaceforefficientexchangeofdata.ThespecificationtakesintoaccountthelatenciescausedbyaLocalAreaNetwork(LAN)providingefficientdataexchangealsooverLocalAreaNetworks.IEC61970-407isderivedfromtheObjectManagementGroup(OMG)HistoricalDataAccessfromIndustrialSystems(HDAIS)specification.OMGHDAISreliesontheOMGDataAccessFacility(DAF)andOPCHistoricalDataAccess(HDA)specifications.OMGHDAISisaPlatformSpecificModel(PSM)withCORBAastheplatformandOPCHDAisaPSMwithMicrosoftCOMastheplatform.TheIEC61970-407specificationdescribesthefunctionalityofthesePSMsinatechnologyindependentway(i.e.,asaPlatformIndependentModel(PIM)).Hence,itexplainsthefunctionalitytoalevelthatcanbeusedtocreateadditionalPSMsorbeanintroductiontoexistingPSMs,i.e.HDAISandOPCHDA.ImplementerswantinganintroductiontoOMGHDAISandOPCHDAshouldreadthesedocuments.TheTSDAinterfaceisintendedtointeroperatewithotherIEC61970basedinterfaces.Hence,itispossibletouseinformationretrievedfromotherinterfacetoaccessthesameinformationusingthisinterface,forexample:?objectidentifiers,?attributenamesoridentifiers,?classnamesoridentifiers.Subclause4.6providesagenericmappingfortheCIMclassesandattributes.ThewaydataisorganizedinaserverimplementingtheTSDAinterfacecanbeseenbyusingthebrowseinterfacesfordataandmetadata.Itisalsopossibletousethedataaccessinterfacedirectlywithoutusingthebrowseinterfacesiftheclienthasanaprioriknowledgeofobject,classandattributeidentifiers.Objectidentifiersmayberetrievedusingdatafromotherinterfaces,forexampleaCIMXMLfileortheIEC61970-404interface.InformationonwhatclassesandattributesareavailablewillbedescribedinIEC61970-45Xdocuments,forexamplehistoricalSCADAdata,historicalStateEstimatorresultsetc.IEC61970-1providestheEMS-APIreferencemodeluponwhichthisstandardisbased.Inthatreferencemodel,theterminologyusedinthispartofIEC61970isintroducedandtheroleoftheCISisexplained.IEC61970-401providesanoverviewandframeworkfortheCIS(IEC61970-4XX)standards.ThemappingofIEC61970-407toimplementationspecifictechnologiesorPSMsisfurtherdescribedinaseparateseriesofdocuments,i.e.thefutureIEC61970-5XX.ForactualimplementationsthefutureIEC61970-5XX,OMGHDAIS,OMGDAForOPCHDAareused.
