【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardfortheapprovaltestingofbrazers(asdefinedin3.1)specifiesbasicrequirementsessentialtothebrazingprocess,testconditions,assessmentandcertificates.Becauseofthewiderangeofapplicationsofbrazingthisstandarddoesnotspecifydetailedacceptancecriteriaastheseareproduct-specificandhaveineachcasetobeagreedpriortothecontract(seeclause4).Itisanticipatedthat,wherenecessary,specificrequirementsforindividualindustrieswillbedevelopedwithinthisframeworkanddetailedintherelevantapplicationstandard.TherecommendedformatforthecertificateofapprovaltestingisgiveninannexA.Withregardtotheapprovaltest,thebrazershouldberequiredtoshowadequatepracticalexperienceandknowledgeofthebrazingprocesses,materialsandsafetyrequirementsforwhichheistobeapprovedtoawrittenprocedure.Thisstandardappliestohandtorch(flame)brazingandonlytoapprovalofbrazerswhosemanipulativeskillshaveadirectbearingontheoutcomeandeffectivenessofthebrazedjoint.Itdoesnotapplytothosewhoarenotrequiredtoapplymanipulativeskill,sincesuchapprovalisnotnormallynecessary.Ifaspecialprofessionaleducationandexaminationinthedomesticfieldincludedbrazing,thisstandarddoesnotapplytoabrazerwhileheisemployedinthatfield.Thecertificateofapprovaltestingisissuedunderthesoleresponsibilityoftheexaminerorexaminingbody.
