【摘要】:1ThisPartofBS6450specifiesrequirementsforprivatebranchexchanges(PBXs)havingportsthatmaybeconnectedtooneormoreofthefollowing:a)twoormorepublicexchangelines;b)privateleasedcircuitsrunbyapublictelecommunicationsoperator(PTO);c)privatelinks.Theportswithinthescopeoftheserequirementsarethoseforconnectionto:1)anyofthepublicswitchednetworksrunbyaPTO;2)privateleasedcircuitsrunbyaPTO;3)telecommunicationsapparatusofanydescription,specificallyapprovedforconnectiontoaPBX;4)privatelyprovidedlinks,includinglinkstootherapparatuswithinthescopeoftheserequirements;5)approvedaccessoriesandotherapprovedapparatuswhoseapprovaldoesnotprovidespecificallyforconnectiontoaPBX.2TherequirementsdonotcoverallofthefeaturesorfacilitieswithwhichaPBXcouldbeequipped.3TherequirementsdonotapplytoPBXsforconnectiontosharedservicelinesor1+1carriersystems.4TherequirementsenableaPBXtohave,connectedinparallelat2-wirepresentedanalogueexchangelineports,apparatuswhoseringerequivalencenumber(REN)doesnotexceed0.3(see4.2ofBS6305:1992).NOTE1.Unlessotherwisestated,allclausereferencesrefertothisPartofBS6450.Wherereferenceismadetoaparticularclauseofanotherpublication,therequirementscontainedinthatclauseareapplicableirrespectiveofthescopeofthatpublication.Anyclausesofanotherpublicationnotspecificallyinvokeddonotapply.NOTE2.RecommendationsfortheinstallationofPBXs,includingwiring,aregiveninBS6701:Parts1and2.5ThisPartofBS6450doesnotofitselfspecifythecompleterequirementsforaparticularPBXandneedstobereadinconjunctionwithotherPartsofBS6450asappropriate.
