【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesperformancerequirementsforthestrengthanddurabilityofhardwarefortheoperationofmovableshuttersashesincludingrequirementsandtestmethods.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletohardwareforside-hungandtop-hungshutterscomprisingoneormoreshuttersashes.TherequirementsandtestmethodsofthisEuropeanStandardareapplicabletothefollowing:?shapesanddimensionsofsashhinges,double-sashedshutterhingesandframehinges?shapesanddimensionsofframehingesandsashhingeswitharrestfunctionOnlythecorrosionrequirementsof4.7areapplicabletodouble-sashshutterlatches,locking-rods,decorativecorner-brackets,handles,stopswithoutautomaticarrestfunction,centralhinges,shuttercatcheswithautomaticarrestfunctionandotherhardwarecomponentsforwindowanddoorshutters.NOTE1Thesashesofside-hungshuttersmayhaveadditionalprojectingshutter-inserts.Thehardwarefortheseprojectingshutter-insertsisnotcoveredbythescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.NOTE2Ifduetothehardwarefixingtypeorthedeadweightofthedescribedtestshutter,thiscannotbeused,acorrespondingsystemsashwiththesamedimensions(800mmwide×1400mmhigh)canbetested.Thisisparticularlyvalidforhardwareusedexclusivelyinacompletemodularsystemfromasystemsmanufacturer(consistingofthehardwarecomponents,frameprofilesandpanelunitsaswellasthenecessaryfixingmaterials).NOTE3Towerboltsandlocking-rodsshouldconformtoEN12051.NOTE4FixingsusedtoattachhardwaretoshuttersarenotcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.Toallowachoiceofitemsfromasinglesource,so-called"productgroup"ofelementsmaybenominatedbythemanufacturer.Thesinglecomponentsmaybecalled"productgroup"components,iftheseareapprovedbyaccreditedtestauthoritiescommissionedtotest,baseduponthecomparablefeatures;forexamplehingefeatureswithregardtomaterial,thickness,holediameterandpindiameter.Wheretestresultsfortheweakestelementofaproductgrouparevalidtherestoftheproductgroupneednotbetested.Itisatestlaboratory’srighttoacceptorrejectaproductforassessmentwithinaproductgrouportorequestfurthertestspecimens.

本标准规定了通过测量由开松良好、清洁、无规则取向的棉纤维组成的多孔塞在两种指定条件下对气流的阻力，从而测定棉纤维成熟度的方法。本标准适用于试验从棉包、棉卷、梳棉棉网生条或其他来源的皮棉中取出的棉纤维。
